These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Data Cleaning platform ("Service") provided by Dealflow SARL ("Dealflow", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Data Cleaning is a software-as-a-service platform that identifies and merges duplicate CRM records in HubSpot. We provide the platform on an "as-is" basis. You are responsible for the accuracy of your HubSpot data and for reviewing auto-merge thresholds before enabling automated merges.
You must provide accurate information when registering. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Notify us immediately at support@dealflow.eu if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance via Stripe. Plan tiers and pricing are listed on the pricing page. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice; continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the new price.
A 14-day free trial is available for new portals. No credit card is required during the trial. Auto-merge and scheduled runs are disabled during the trial to give you time to review proposed matches before enabling automation.
You grant Dealflow a limited licence to access your HubSpot portal data solely to provide the Service. We will not access your HubSpot data for any other purpose. Dealflow is a data processor acting on your instructions; you remain the data controller for your CRM data.
We cache a local copy of your HubSpot companies and contacts on our servers to run deduplication. This cache is scoped to your portal and is deleted within 30 days of subscription cancellation.
The Service merges HubSpot records via the HubSpot API. A full audit trail of every merge is retained in the merge history. Some merges may be reversible via HubSpot directly; others may not be, depending on your HubSpot plan and HubSpot's own policies. Dealflow is not responsible for irreversible merges performed with your consent.
We strongly recommend running a manual review pass with auto-merge disabled before enabling automated merges on a new portal.
We target 99% monthly uptime for the dashboard and API. Scheduled maintenance will be announced at least 24 hours in advance. The Service is provided without an uptime guarantee on the Starter and Growth plans. Scale and Enterprise plans may include a formal SLA by separate agreement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dealflow's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the fees you paid in the 3 months preceding the claim. In no event is Dealflow liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Dealflow and its employees from any claims, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service in violation of these Terms or applicable law.
All rights in the Service (including its software, algorithms, and UI) remain with Dealflow. These Terms do not grant you any ownership rights in the Service. You retain full ownership of your HubSpot data.
Either party may terminate at any time. You may cancel your subscription via the Billing Portal (Settings → Billing → Manage subscription). On cancellation:
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, with or without notice depending on the severity of the violation.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Luxembourg. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service shall first be subject to good-faith negotiation. If unresolved after 30 days, disputes shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Luxembourg City.
We may update these Terms. We will notify you by email at least 14 days before material changes take effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
